We handle call data as your data processor under a signed DPA (data processing agreement) — encrypted in transit and at rest, with configurable retention. Some sub-processors (for example the AI voice model) sit outside the EU and operate under EU Standard Contractual Clauses; we walk you through the full picture and sign the DPA before go-live.
